Welcome to the new and improved high-fliers website. In an effort to improve our recruitment process, we have introduced a new world class recruitment software to manage your details. To manage the transition to the new software, we require your assistance in ensuring that we have up-to-date information on your profile.
The new website enables us to have more detailed information on you as an individual, in addition to providing us with an insight on what opportunities you are seeking in order to progress further in your career.
The new software allows you to state preferences for the organizations you would, and would not like to work for. You can also view current vacancies, apply for them, as well as keep a record of all positions you have applied for with us.
High-fliers now allows you to create and save different cover letters for the various vacancies you would like to apply for. An additional functionality with the new system is the ability to email out job vacancies to those you feel would be interested.
If you are already registered with us, you should have received an email with your new username and password to enable you to log into the system. If you have not received this information, kindly send an email to enquiry@high-fliers.com. Once you receive your new username and password, log into the system and review the information on your profile, make changes where necessary and upload your current CV.
If you are not registered with us, kindly complete the 'Not Registered' section. As the system will not allow you to begin the registration process without uploading your CV, be sure to have your updated CV. Once you upload your CV, a number of fields will be automatically filled. Take time review and complete all the fields on your profile. Feel free to make any changes to the automatically filled information.
